Eufy cam2 has twice as much battery capacity versus the 2C, plus an image sensor that's a bit better for night time sensitivity. However, the 2C camera has a built-in light source which the Cam2 does not have. Different form factor too.

I have a PDF comparing all the Eufy cameras, but I don't see a way to upload it here. Can anyone can help me figure that out? Either it's not possible, or I'm.... ugh.... dumb? nod
The Eufy wired doorbell doesn't currently communicate with the Homebase. The video is stored in the doorbell itself. Eufy did say they are working on a firmware update to allow the doorbell to work with the Homebase. If that's a deal breaker, you might want to wait until that happens, in case it's not compatible with this version.
These cameras are amazing. I used both Eufy 2C and Ring stick up and Arlo pro 2. No monthly fee and video quality is good (Ring is the best in my opinion). For the price = great deal. Arlo pro 2 is the worst and very pricy

Thank you. I would love to have the cameras and data outside the door bell. Good to know that they are working on it, I will wait.

I posted this but now I'm trying to figure out if the eufy cam 2 is worth the extra expense over this. Anyone have experience with both?

I only have the Cam2 version, but the app has a selection between 1.) no stamp, 2.) time stamp, or 3.) time stamp + logo.

I don't see why it wouldn't be the same with their other cameras, but please recognize that is speculation until confirmed by someone else.

Can't upload directly but you might be able to host on Google drive and provide a shareable link

Keep in mind that the 2C has a spotlight. The spotlight isn't super bright, but it does help a good bit. Infrared is difficult to totally make up the individual's face regardless, but the spotlight can scare away or deter potential thieves and etc. Also it will only last 6 months if you have everything on the lowest setting. For me it'll last maybe a couple months or half that before I have to take it down to charge it. Debating if I should get the 3 camera or the 2 camera pack. Save more with the 3 pack obviously, but may not be 100% necessary for the third camera since I already have 2 from before.

Does it provide a RTSP stream from the home base? So, can this work if internet is down and you're on your own LAN?

Also, for anyone who has it, is charging the battery a pain? I imagine most people need to charge it more often than 180 days?

Just look for "paper clip" on the top toolbar. Next to a "smile face"
