There was a similar FP deal from Sams Club a few months ago. Seems like a pretty decent deal for a LG 29 Ultrawide, it is a 2018 model from my understanding, pretty much nothing has changed spec wise since.

QA Note: Now Only Available for store pickup, availability will vary.

HxWxD seems wack on Office Depot's site.

Here's the actual: 16.18" x 27.48" x 8.23" w/ stand

I've had a 25" LG 25UM56-P UltraWide IPS Gaming Monitor and love it (it was $129.99 in 7/18) Been looking for a deal on an LG monitor.

It's a great deal. But I prefer a 2k monitor of this size.

Is this monitor good/decent for photo editing? Or do I need 2K or 4K monitor for those purposes?

Not very good at 5ms with FreeSync
5ms is absolutely fine for gaming. The only way it would possibly matter is if you play competitive csgo or something

Decent? maybe. Its strictly average.

Here is a review of its big brother
LG advertises that the 34UM95 covers 99% of the sRGB color space. In reality it is slightly less – this review pegs it at 95.4% of sRGB and 69.6% of Adobe RGB.

Screenspace is important when working in adobe, so I would never work in 1080 no matter how wide the screen. we have been on 2k for about 5 years and never looked back. Recently switched to 4k.
