Amazon is offering Bose's 700 headphones in white for $299 instead of $399.

Shipping and Returns are FREE.

Bose is probably slashing their price to drive attention ahead of Sony's WH-1000XM4 release, rumored to be in the upcoming weeks.

For those wondering the difference between the Bose 700 and the Bose QC 35 II models:
Quote :
The Bose 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones are the truth. In our Bose 700 vs Bose QuietComfort 35 II face-off, these set a new standard, with 11 levels of active noise cancelation that effortlessly silence rumblings across the frequency spectrum. Advantages in call quality and the companion app make the 700 the noise-cancelling king.

The QC35 II is still a top performer, but it was only a matter of time before Bose outdid itself and released a superior noise canceller. These cans are still a great starter for newbies who are curious about noise-cancelling headphones. They are also a slightly cheaper alternative with great sound and battery life to match their strong ANC performance.

If you already own the QC35 II, I don't believe you need to upgrade immediately. But if you're a noise-cancelling lover who wants to make the switch to Bose or you have the cash to splurge on the best, you won't find a better option than the Bose Noise-Cancelling Headphones 700.

I have these. They are super comfortable to wear for long sessions. Noise canceling is superb. Audio quality is pretty good but nowhere near my audiophile cans. Best way to describe the sounds on these would be the equivalent of artificially saturated photo in post-processing. Yes, every sound is brighter, punchier and defined, but the overall result (albeit very pleasant) is not what the producers and artists originally intended.

One big problem: its Bose app integration is very poor. The app often doesn't recognize that my headphones are actually connected.
I had a pair of Sony XM3s which I loved the sound of but HATED the microphone on it. If you use them for calls/video conferencing/etc, it literally sounds like there is a microphone installed in the mouth of everyone in your entire house, being piped straight in each time you unmute. The mic is so bad that its absolutely absurd, it's worse than the mic on any $5 pair of earbuds you can find. Two days before my return period on them ended, the right headphone began hissing and crackling when ANC was turned on, which is oddly a common problem in them. Returned them and bought the Bose 700.

Bose 700 are the polar opposite. The microphone is the best I've ever used for calls. My two young kids can be running around screaming in the same room during calls I take through Microsoft Teams or Google Meets, and you can barely hear them on the other end of the call. They sound wonderful (not quite as good as the XM3s, but 95% of the way there, which is to say they are VERY good). I think the ANC is about equal on both of them, I can't tell that one was better than the other - but the biggest difference is, the ANC on the XM3s made me feel like my ears were being pressurized really aggressively - on the Bose 700, I don't feel or notice any pressurization whatsoever.

And for those of you with giant heads, I have a giant head too - I'd say the XM3s were a 10/10 for comfort, and the Bose 700s are a 9/10. Just slightly less comfortable, but still very very comfortable and not a problem at all even with my giant head.

Hope this review helps anyone looking.

I have a big farking head. The Sony Platinum PS4 headphones fit just a bit tight in any position-as a reference. Can anyone chime in on if these might fit me?

I feel like I'm in the same boat but idk that specific headset. What I can say is these fit much more comfortably than the Surface Headphones 2 and Sony XM3s, and the horizontal clamping force is not nearly as high, so I don't feel like it's squeezing my head or suffocating my ears.

My husband has an enormous head (wears the XL size motorcycle helmets) and these headphones adjust to be comfortable for him. I have a narrow head and they are slightly large no matter how I adjust them. I think they work well for normal to large heads, but not so much for those whose cranium is petite.

Probably it's unique per person. You can install WikiBuy (from CapitalOne) extension and it'll apply some internal code automatically. The mentioned code is the one which displayed in my case.

I'll probably wait until there's some kickass BF deal. Been hanging on just fine with my no-name bluetooth earbuds. The noice cancellation would be nice I guess.

Guessing the white/rose gold didn't sell as well as Bose had hoped?
