holy-moly!!!
No one expected R263 will be ever in-stock. There were out of stock for year or two.
Immediately bought a pair along with R12 sub. Now I have a whole Infinity setup:
R263+R263+RC263+R162+R162+R12. What a lucky day!

I would seriously consider waiting another deal on RC263 - day and night difference. Just find the most recent slickdeal deal on last them)
i had actually purchased the RC263 from the past deal but had to return it since it was too big and wouldn't fit in the entertainment center haha so I gotta make do with the RC252
The R263 3-way towers are superb - fairly flat response and wide horizontal dispersion. I thought those were gone for good, actually bought some on the used market a month or two ago. I love 'em, great on their own for music and they do just as well for HT. $400/pair is a smokin' deal on those, and they are well matched with the RC263 center.
I'm tempted to order a sub or two but I haven't seen any professional reviews of the R12 yet - although based on the other Infinity reference line speakers that I own (R263, RC263, R152, RS152), I trust that they are more than decent for the $180 asking price.

true that. it is huge. I had to buy special TV fixture to put it under TV))
Anyone compare the R263 towers to the JBL 590s? I am using the RC263 center, which is a huge improvement over the JBL 520C, but wondering if I should get the towers too and reallocate my 5 series speakers...

I have the RC263 center and kinda want to pick up the R263 towers... But can I justify it over my current Martin Logan Motion 10, they're older but they still sound nice
