    Don't have Xbox Live Gold- is waiting for a PC sale this cheap worth it for someone who hasn't played Gears multiplayer since 2?

    Or just give this a spin on Xbox for the campaign, which I'm more interested in anyway?

    Story in this was great in my honest opinion but it just depends on what platform you prefer to play it on

    This may seem incredibly obvious, but you could pretty easily make a temporary Game Pass account and pay the $1 or whatever it is they charge for the first month.

    I'm a huge Gears fan but after 6 games, I'm feeling burnt out. If you haven't played in a while, I'll tell you the gameplay hasn't changed very much and is still solid, but you may be confused with the story.

    I totally agree... this game, while beautiful, especially on Xbox One X... is an absolute SNORE. They need to stop with this franchise for a while. It is just the same old thing, now with a really dull story. I can't really comment much on multiplayer, as I really just played the campaign.
