It is a good deal. I bought mine for $25 pre-covid
I imagine it's because this smells like a sponsored posting. Doesn't make it a bad deal in my opinion
And I bought $13 a year ago. But while this is good price (for COVID times) beware that these cheap oxymeters have issues detecting oxygen dropping - ie they work well mostly for healthy persons

When buying items that are telling you vital information, such as SpO2 or blood pressure, it makes very little sense to be a cheap-ass and possibly get false results.
A) because of no-brand unknown quality cheap Chinese made junk with fake ratings
B) coupon not working
C) most importantly it smells like a shill post of which there are tons on SD lately.
Op, did you get at least a free one of these? Because otherwise you are already overpaying.
That's insanely cheap for name brand medical grade.
But for anything else these things are < $10. I bought one a few years ago for $7 on AliExpress of something else that shipped from China.
