Grainger has these available for ordering and expected to be available for shipping or pick up by the end of the month. These don't appear to be on their restricted list but worst case orders could get cancelled again:
Doubt it, grainger will let you order and will just rent your money free for a few days then oops, we can't sell these, our bad.
To be fair, I doubt Grainger has anything to gain from it. They're likely just too lazy to properly update their site.
Credit cards don't release the money to merchants for at least 20 days, and they're likely to cancel and refund your money within that time, meaning Grainger never sees a penny.
Maybe online with sweet deals? I used to buy them on a regular basis at home depot for their regular price. 3m N95s with cool valve were about $3 each and P95s were about $4 each. Maybe buying in bulk (20 pack etc) was cheaper.

That was the average per-unit in-store price for 20/15 pack, it is even cheaper if you got deals/buying online or buying larger quantities (e.g. 40-pack).

I am sure thats the case. Since I only used on a per case basis I only went to my local home depot and bought a box everytime I needed them.

3M N95, ~$1 without valve, ~$2 with valve.

I heard the valves are not recommended because they let the virus out. It will protect the person wearing it but not others.
