Good laptop but non-HD screen is a deal killer Frown It's ridiculous to use non-HD screens at these times.

One of my biggest tech regrets was getting a 768p laptop for schoolwork -- word processing, research, collaborative work, etc. is cramped and lousy (especially on a 15"). Anything less than 1080p is simply not worth it in my opinion.

768P is marginally better than 720P and nearly half the total pixels of 1080P. You aren't wrong by saying its higher than 720P but if you've seen a 720P display, you're not going to notice a difference with 768P.

It asks you when your on the Microsoft store when downloading an app if You'd like to turn it off.

True, my point is the screen is HD because HD is 720p. I agree it's not enough and my 4 years old Acer that I bought for 400$ has1080P display, so lower than 1080p on laptop should not offered in 2020 just like 4gb of ram

Thanks OP. I was going to get the one on BB with Ryzen but it sold out. This will actually be better. It's a "first laptop" for a 13yo so should be perfect.
