in41 - buying in-store pickup at Lowe's is a pain in the ass, got cancelled 3 times due to unable to find the items. So I won't do that again.

I spent an hour in the store this morning while 2 guys looked for the sheet sander. Website said they had 2 in stock, their system showed 4, but they couldn't find them anywhere.

Yup I ordered the sander and oscillating tool online yesterday for pickup and used some $20 off $100 LFP coupons but got an email for both saying there's a delay in shipping and I'd have to wait until the 18th. I called and they couldn't find any even though inventory showed they had quite a few in stock. I went there a few hours later and sure enough there was an entire rack full of both items, except they were on an end cap near the rest of the Dewalt tools. They were able to cancel both orders for me and adjust the price and I didn't even need to get the $2 filer items I bought to reach $100 per order for the coupons to work.

I got 2 cards, none would be recognized on lowes.com:

Two different stores couldn't fill my order for either one.

I thought the coupons only worked in-store?
