these multi position ladders that can go 26' are so dang heavy... got one for work and regret it all the time. Would have rather bought an extension ladder and a standard ladder separate.

Last time they dropped it to $89 shortly after it was $99. After waiting on the phone over an hour, they approved a price adjustment. Not sure why, but a day later, they refunded the whole purchase on PayPal, but I still got to keep the ladder.

This ladder is legit! Bought it for $89 @ Home Depot a month or so back. Worth every single penny and then some. It is extremy sturdy and versatile. I've used it fully extended and it's rock solid! You won't be disappointed!
