Recent;y I ordered the EV3 from them, Shipment arrived in a few days from UK, It's nicely packed, Item looks brand new tho I have not used it yet. So far I am very happy with the purchase. Would like to know what issues other people is having with them.
I've placed 3 orders with them in the past 3 months. Always arrived within a week or so, box is in perfect condition. Never had an issue or reason to even contact customer service
Only issue I've had, is that they'll say things are in stock, when they really aren't. I've ordered movies from them and then had to wait weeks for them to ship.
What's the general consensus on this set? Reviews look mixed.
Overall was a great detailed set. One minor thing is there's no mechanism on the outer portion of the car to control the steering in case kids want to play with it. But it keeps the car design this way. I would get it again.

I've seen nothing but good stuff about Zavvi. Care to explain why?
