You can say the panel is similar, but the monitor's aren't similar if they don't have USB-C Wink. It is a game changer if you have a laptop that can take advantage of it. Also this monitor carries a 3 year "Advanced Exchange Service" warranty, not many others do.
Lol... trying to compare a Dell Ultrasharp to some ghetto LG model
I have this monitor. I brought it for slightly more (~$490). I'm a big fan. 4k text is a little small, but I downscale to 1440p. Pixel density is excellent and text is very sharp. 32" was far too big for me, I think 27" is the sweet spot.

Yes, USB-C extremely convenient and it delivers 90W of power to my 15" MacBook Pro. One cable convenience. Was worth the premium for me. Yes, the monitor is "only" 60 Hz, but I don't game, so it doesn't really matter.

The monitor gets really bright and has excellent picture quality. I attached it straight to a monitor arm so I cannot say anything about the stand but Dell makes very adjustable stands from what I've heard.

The 3 year next-day exchange is the best in the business. I had an LG monitor before this, and it busted within the year warranty, and they had me drive to some random "LG authorized shop" 20 minutes away. It took like 2 weeks to fix, and it broke again within 2 months. I'm done with LG.

Add model number (U2720Q) in the title, it will help.

Not really. The regular price on the older U2718Q is the same, but regularly went on sale at Costco for 350-375ish.

This newer model does have USB-C PD though.

I have U2711 too but U2711 is premier color is this gives the same black levels and contrast compared to this?

Similar monitors can be had for around $350. Personally I don't think paying $130 more for usb-c is worth it.

Are there any benefits of buying from dell instead of walmart? They are still the same price right?

Have you got an example? This has a rather good combination of features and performance.
