    3 stores around here. One at $224.50 has limited stock. One says in stock at $314.30. The other is full price. I'm guessing their clearance pricing is automatic based on inventory, and any with the $224 price will be limited stock on Brickseek.

    Only Antioch store in SF bay area has this price, and says limited stock. All stores that have it in brickseek are listed as limited stock.

    Either the 2 or 3 burner one are the perfect size for your family. We are also 4 and often times I cook for parents/family members without any issues. The larger grills feel like a waste of propane since so much unused rack space.
