After a bit digging I found out that Vacos is actually from a Chinese company ANNKE in Shenzhen and that Varcos is their sub brand that pretends to be an english company that hides it's origins. A bit more googling I also found out that ANNKE has been losing tons of money in the recent years. Personally I avoid all Chinese branded surveillance cameras and all in all this brand is simply too sketchy that I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
