Oh boy! Avoid Red Pocket with AT&T.

Recently activated GSMA (AT&T) with Red Pocket on an unlocked iPhone Xr.
Only getting 3G!
Contacted Red Pocket 2x. Promised escalation with ticket number to come via email.
No response last 7 days.
I got a cheap 1-month service deal via Slickdeals, so not worth the effort to pursue further.
Hoping to see a "port-out/port-in" deal in the next 18 days before my Red Pocket service lapses.

Forget this deal. Just buy refurbished straight from Apple for the same price. You get an unlocked phone right away and won't have to deal with being locked to this carrier for a whole year.

360 day lock policy is absurd. No other carrier have such policy.

Exactly not a good enough price for a phone that is locked for 1 year. It's not I hate Redpocket has been using it with the iphone se 2020 but hate the fact the phone was initially unlocked then they locked it and funny thing is that I purchased way before the 11 a.m deadline they changed the unlocking to 12 months and so doesn't make sense since the 6 months plan is already included with the phone why cant they unlock it now, atleast could have used the esim for my work number and avoid carrying 2 phones!

Can this iPhone be used on a Red Pocket CDMA plan after the 3 month GSMA plan is up? Aka Verizon plan?

very, very true. Does not make any sense to buy it. You will be able to unlock it only after 1 year even if you bought one year worth of service, they still does not want to unlock...

Well it's not a deal at all. In this case we can call apple refurbs as deals too. Make a better deal and offer it to your existing customers (like me) too.

BTW - send you couple DMs and have not heard back from you...

The biggest prepaid one does, movil wireless which owns tracfone, pageplus, simple mobile, and total wireless...
