For those that are interested for a point of comparison, I buy this product from HD Supply / White Cap in 12.5' X 360' rolls (4500 sqft) for $321/roll: https://www.tencategeo.us/media/2...S_140N.pdf
This stuff is very heavy duty, similar to a thick felt. Really strong and lasts a while.
The specs Nex Matrix posts are in a different format, but looks like the TenCate Mirafi® 140N fabric is more than twice as strong in tensile strength and trapezoidal tear resistance. This would match with my experience with the Mirafi fabric, it is really strong, way stronger than I would expect any polypropylene woven fabric to be.
The 12.5-ft wide roll that Mirafi® 140N comes in is also really nice because it means less seams when covering a large surface area.
And I hold on to the scraps and use them for various things, such as protecting painted surfaces on my truck from damage due to ratchet straps or other objects that I'm hauling.
