We cook fresh, from scratch and aren't just tossing frozen nuggets in there (although we have!).
We don't use the grill much as it tends to get the house smoky (even with recommended oils) but we use the heck out of the bake and air fry settings. We cook bacon, make calzones, 'fry' French fries, etc.

We use the grill setting a lot. Avocado oil is the key. I usually make 10-12 lbs of chicken every 8-10 days for meal planning for the family.
