They asked me to ship back the broken TV. I asked them to send me the replacement asap, and they gave me impression they would. But I've checked on the status and it has not shipped. Apparently they will wait until they receive the broken one. The amount of money this is costing them - and wasting my time - truly flabbergasting. I can't imagine any investor thinking it is safe to invest in Walmart with this level of incompetence.
By the way, gratz on being able to keep the recliner. Wishy they sent me a free replacement after all this ordeal. Such a waste of time and money.

The H8F service menu has master/global white balance, gamma, etc, settings, so I would guess the same year R6/R7 does too.
-Of course DON'T change anything in the service menu if you don't know what the results will be, unless you are willing to risk bricking the TV...
