Good deal, then I realized these have rubber soles. Oh well, good shoe for wet weather.
Yes what's up with these rubber soles. I guess this could be partly why these shoes are on sale. Also the Clyde Hill and the Broadway have rather wide and stubby looks. The other two seem sleeker imo
How this post is different from https://slickdeals.net/f/14123450-allen-edmonds-from-85-sizes-vary-ymmv? And more importantly, how to tell the difference between AE "firsts" and "seconds"? My first pair arrived today and I couldn't find any small black shoe marks on the sole that allegedly indicate "seconds".

That deal had a code, which is now expired. But also at the time that deal was posted, it is unknown what was actually included in the link. Op does indicate "limited sizes" so I am guessing those lower cost shoes sold out in those sizes. These had many sizes in the D width when I posted, but I havent checked since. These shoes may not have been available at the time that deal was posted, or, its possible that they were $106.86 after the code then too. Just no way to know unless the OP line items them out.
I haven't bought AE shoes in at least 5 years. I hope their sizing is still the same. Because I buy 8.5 from AE but generally 9.5 everywhere else.
My understanding is that AE shoes are still US-made EXCEPT (1) its Italian-style dress shoes (much sleeker lasts) and (2) boat loafers, driving moccasins and other casual shoes etc., both of which are not Goodyear-welted. The AE shoes listed look like they still have Goodyear-welted soles to me.

2 pair arrived today via Fedex.
2 pair have an unknown ETA.
I had 1 out of 4 items got cancelled as well.
Still like it there as their pricing can be attractive if you know what you like
