Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.


If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

Using chat function, rep said to add unlimited basic plan to cart. That ended up showing as $60. Rep investigated further and informed me that Kickstarter plan is "not" eligible for this promo. I then called customer service Didn't mention the info the chat rep provided me, and after a short hold Phone rep stated that Kickstarter $20 plan was "not" eligible. I give up!

Have a backup line at Tello for $6 month (100 mins, unl txt, 500 mb data) and ported it to free line at Sprint.

so for those that "qualify" for promo, do you see an option for a $0/mo plan during checkout while buying or leasing a new phone? All I see for plan options are the regular priced plans for both buying in full OR lease

Definitely does not work on the Free BYOD plan, the splash page comes up but then when you click the option for another BYOD line it shows the $35 price.
