How long is the line free?
The monthly service plan charge for the line remains $0/mo. for the life of the line and requires you to keep *all* current phone lines on your account active through June 30, 2021. Any modifications to your account, such as cancelling an existing line, changing plans on your account or transferring lines to another account may make you ineligible to continue receiving the Unlimited Line On Us Plan.
In general business plans are not eligible for this promotion.
Taxes and fees are still required on the free line. This will vary depending on your location.
Leases and installment plans on devices are not allowed.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.
And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

I did not receive an email with the offer.
I have had 1 line of "Kickstart Unlimited" $40/mo. (discounted to $25/mo.) for many months now.
I logged in and could not get the BYOD deal to work from the website.
I then chatted. Was told I was eligible, but had to call into Sprint.
I called in, bit the person was not able to confirm eligibility (although he tried to push device insurance on me). I declined the insurance.The person then transferred me to Telesales.
Telesales told me I was not eligible (although he tried to push another paid line on me). I again declined.
They asked me for these two. I don't have these yet. That's why I wanted to just 'reserve line' and activate phone later.
