Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

Friend has Sprint. He might add line for me. I do NOT have a phone right now. Do I have to buy a device from Sprint???

The link in the OP takes me to a page that appears to require that I login.

I am not sure if this can work: if you have 2 lines, port one out, then port back in under this promo for this line to be free? You only can't remove lines once you have this promo free line on your account but they did not say anything about removing lines before adding the free line. Maybe someone else has the answers.

Not sure if my theoretical scenario above works or not.
anybody tried this yet on a Free account? cuz looks like free account and kickstart are not eligible for this free line.

After having been a Sprint customer for over 15+ years and having multiple SWAC lines, I didn't qualify for the free line. So I think you have to have a regular consumer level plan that is over a certain amount per line to qualify. From others who qualified, maybe only certain higher or non discounted plans/plan names directly from Sprint apply.

I switched from 3 lines on the early/mid 2000's Sprint Employee Referral Offer (SERO) that gave me 500 anytime mins, free nights/weekends from 7pm-7am, unlimited text, pix and data for $30/mo

to the same 3 lines converted from SERO to Sprint Wireless Advantage Club (SWAC) - Advantage Unlimited Plus for $30/line after $5 discount for autopay on each line.. otherwise $35/line ($90 total + taxes = ~$106) which gives me unlimited talk, text & data, 50 GB hotspot, free Hulu & Tidal so for the same price it was a better deal & I'm not restricted to 500 daytime minutes like on SERO.

Can anyone recommend a cheap but not entirely crappy phone that works on Sprint that I can use as a BYOD for this free line? Even Sprint's budget phones are $$$$.

This is exactly my situation , but for one line. I attempted to reserve a second line, but it came up with a page error.

google voice is always the answer for this .
if your account is eligible for this deal and you have more than 1 line, you can move 1 line to google voice, then activate a new Sprint line for free.

I pay $140 a month for 2 lines with $1500 minutes per line and unlimited data, and I wasn't eligible for this free line deal, would have worked nice for my kid.
