If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.
And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

For instance, 3 months ago I had to switch to a different UB, $65 single line, specifically "Unlimited Plan v2." It is eligible. In fact once I sign in, there is a blue bar in the middle of the main screen with "Great news! Add a line of Unlimited for $0/mo." You can find which exactly it is by clicking on my account, then change plan.
Of course chat is hit or miss, as I hit hit them up as to whether if I switched to senior plan I could still get the 2nd line free. . .and she said that I couldn't add a line as I already had 5. Lol, this account, address, and account holder name has only has 1. So take chat with a grain of salt, at best.

Is there any way to sign up and add Phone & SIM later?
When does this offer expire?
"I checked the same with my supervisor he says that it's a targeted deal which has been offered to a very limited customers so if you have received an email regarding the same then you might be eligible for it."
So if we didn't get this offer in an email, apparently it won't work.
I get stuck at SIM card number even though I selected "Reserve a line".
We hit a speed bump
We're sorry... something went wrong in our end.
They say its not only for specific plans but also for specific accounts so seems targeted?
They asked me for these two. I don't have these yet. That's why I wanted to just 'reserve line' and activate phone later.

What caused this?
There may have been a system issue.

What do I do??
I saw this slickdeals post and thought, heck yeah, I'd like a FREE LINE.
I clicked the link from the OP.
Then I fought through some of the many battles being reported:
At first it tried to make me add an IMEI even though I clicked the RESERVE A LINE option, which is NOT supposed to require a phone.
I couldn't get around it, no matter what I clicked it tried make me put in an IMEI.
So, I went and dug out on old S7 with a cracked screen that had previously been on my Sprint account. When I did that it stated "Sorry, but this phone can't be activated with Sprint service." How could that be this phone was previously on this SAME account with Sprint service . . . I thought maybe the phone was too old.
So, I got on chat (went through three chat transfers) . . . no one I spoke to knew really ANYTHING about this promotion or how it works.
Anyhow, they kept telling me that my Sprint S7 wouldn't work with Sprint - even though it's still locked to Sprint, it says that in the settings, and again, was previously active on this same Sprint account.
I tried re-clicking the OP link, same situation, even though I was requesting to "RESERVE A LINE" whis is NOT supposed to require a phone . . . It was still after an IMEI.
Also, it gave me the obligatory error "We hit a speed bump We're sorry... something went wrong in our end." a couple of times throughout my MANY ATTEMPTS.
During all this chatting I had plenty of time while waiting for responses and eventually I went back using the back button on my browser to the original OP link from the original click.
Then I once again clicked the "RESERVE A LINE" option. This time it when through like a champ. No B.S. about adding an IMEI - it worked like it was supposed to.
I was able to add a line - I'll post a screenshot of what came up.
Yes, it charged me the $30 activation fee.
And, as an FYI, I have an OLD Sprint plan, Unlimited Freedom MRC, it has 5 lines active (now 6 with my "FREE" line).
About 10 - 15 minutes later the NEW, Reserved line was showing up in my account . . . though it was NOT under Devices, but rather under Misc, see pic below.
Anyhow, it worked. I was not sent an offer from Sprint. I retried numerous times to get the RESERVE A LINE option to work WITHOUT it requesting an IMEI . . . BUT IT DID EVENTUALLY WORK !
You'll see in the screenshot it gave me a fake/made up IMEI number ending in 0235, I guess as a placeholder for my reserved line.
As to my old Sprint S7 . . . they're supposedly adding it to their database over the next 24 - 72 hours and then I should be able to activate it . . . jury is still out on that one.

No matter what option I choose, either BYOD or Reserve a line, Yes, i have a device and extra sprint SIM card and able to enter those details to proceed. Even though Reserve a line is supposed to skip asking for IMEI and SIM details, it does pop up those questions.
At the end, I end up with only two options $35 plan or $60 plan. Couldn't get this to work for me. Good luck to those who can.
Please let me know if I am missing something in the steps.
They read newspaper Sprint scam ads of China World Journal and been to Verity Wireless ( Sprint authorized retail store). The Chinese sales Mr. SHANG encouraged them to engage in 5 free phones & 5 free lines plan. My parents they are just 2 members that do not need so many phones and lines, but the sales Mr.SHANG declared the 5 phones and 5 lines are definitely FREE at all. Nevertheless, my parents they need to pay almost $ 400 fee per month for those 5 "free" phones and lines. Due to language barrier, I complained to BBB and FCC for my parents. However Sprint custom service specialist names Michal Martins he/she refused refund and kept playing tricks with us over and over and over again.
To my opinion and conclusion, this store is aim and against to Chinese new immigrants that poor at English.
If you are billionaire do not mind wasting money and plan to do insignificance charities, just choose Sprint please !
