Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.


If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

I don't see it when clicking through. I chatted and was told to call telesales. I called and they said this was a targetted promotion and asked if I got an email with the promotion.

The promotion was not on my account and therefore was unable to do it. I have a plan converted from the old SERO plan.

I don't trust Sprint with the credits either so I made sure to have a very clear chat log.
I missed the full SRP line there. I Just did it again with the iphone SE and I am able to add the $35 plan. But ultimately I want the SE so it would probably be less of a headache for me to buy it on my line and then do BYOD for the new free line. Rather than buy the SE on the new free line and then try to swap the ones.

At checkout and no mention of the $35 monthly credit. Just a one time $30 credit for buying online (basically waiving activation).

Might chat them. I jut don't trust them at all.

So for those that got it to work. At checkout, you see that you will get a $35 monthly credit?

No indication at checkout at all, which is why I would recommend the chat with transcript.

Someone earlier posted a screenshot and it WAS showing the $35 discount and a little promo tag sayin "free line on us" and they didn't get the email. So guessing I am just ineligible.

If I reserve the additional free line will I still be able to add a phone deal from sprint in the future or will I lose that ability because I already reserved it? I have until the end of the month to add this free line? Is there an advantage to reserving the free line before I decide on a phone?

You can only add a BYOD or but a phone at full price. You cannot use any of the lease deals on this love. It has the same rules as the Kickstart lines.
