Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?

So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

Took a very long time to get a definitive answer, but it comes down to this: it was a targeted promotion. Unless you got an email with a link to the promo, your account isn't eligible. The number I called that officially gave that answer was 1-866-337-1033 talking to Monica. I have the SERO Premium 500 plan.

how are they downgrading video quality? They surely aren't decoding encrypted streams and re-e coding from host server to your device

I did not get an email or SMS and only found out about it through SD. I was able to "reserve a line" with no monthly fees. Like others, I did have the $30 one time fee

HEY GUYS,

thanks for the discussion. I did not get a free line but I did find out about SWAC.

I just switched over from my SERO to SWAC, probably saving 20$ a month!

I feel bad for even trying on the $15 unlimited Kickstart plan, but it's giving me an option to select the $35 Kickstart plan. Should it show up as $0 or is the discount taken off later?
Do they still offer that $15 kickstart plan?

You mean T-Mobile will right? Hopefully in a year Sprint will no longer exist.
Yes, but Sprint as a brand and service will be around for a while longer. They aren't phasing everything out until 2023. We just get to piggy back on the superior T-Mobile network.

From what I've read on Reddit, its a gamble. Some people are getting emails asking for the Sprint Employee name and ID even months after being switched to SWAC.

Also on SWAC, data can be deprioritized due to congestion. My understanding is that is not the case with SERO.

SERO is an employee plan also so what do u have to lose?
Ive had SERO for over 10 years without issue. Data depiorotization will occur on any plan you have with sprint if you are a heavy data user. But thats pretty much universal on non-business accounts

That's probably just something the rep made up. I never got an email with a link to the promo but the offer worked for me.

You can add a free line and get an S10+ free for 18 months with bill credits. After 18 months you have the option to buy the S10+ for $212.50. Not a bad deal.

I don't see this offer when I login. Just for information, I have the old Unlimited Everything Data plan for $69, no restrictions on video streaming or data, with 50GB Hotspot. I have been with Sprint for over a decade.

Maybe this is targeted towards those who haven't had a Sprint Account for very long and they are looking to hold on to those new customers?

Who do you guys think this offer is Tarted towards?

My understanding is that the lease or lease to own deals are not eligible with this promotion. I would love to be wrong.

I am a long time (~10 to 15 year) Sprint customer on an old unlimited plan with 2 lines for about $110 all in, and never received the email but the promotion worked for me.
