How long is the line free?
The monthly service plan charge for the line remains $0/mo. for the life of the line and requires you to keep *all* current phone lines on your account active through June 30, 2021. Any modifications to your account, such as cancelling an existing line, changing plans on your account or transferring lines to another account may make you ineligible to continue receiving the Unlimited Line On Us Plan.
In general business plans are not eligible for this promotion.
Taxes and fees are still required on the free line. This will vary depending on your location.
Leases and installment plans on devices are not allowed.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.
And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.

Maybe this is targeted towards those who haven't had a Sprint Account for very long and they are looking to hold on to those new customers?
Who do you guys think this offer is Tarted towards?
I called first about the Credit Union deal they have to upgrade to Unlimited Plus (I currently have Unilimited Basic v2 as others have mentioned) you get up to $200 back ($100 each line).
After that the operator said I needed to go to a Sprint store in person. After pointing out that we are in a pandemic and that they should be able to do it over the phone, he then connected me to a supervisor who was able to add the line on my last Sprint phone(Note 8) that I never returned.
Here is the best part: He waived the activation fee because I was a Credit Union member.

Update: just got an email saying they are processing my request for the Credit Union rebate...and it shows both lines pending! So, my original line and the one I just added. I'll let you know if I get a rebate for each phone, which will be $200! Wow, this is turning out to be the best deal ever.
