Anyone getting an error message when they try to reserve a line?
So as an existing customer, you can add one free line. Once your BYOD free lines end on 6/30, you will pay the regular price for those 2 lines on Sprint, and you will just get a 3rd line free.

If you are currently paying for 2 lines, then you can add a 3rd line free.

And I believe you have to pay taxes for the free line, like on the Sprint free 1 year plan.
Yes, I also tried reserving a line and got the following error:
Oh no! It's seems there are no more compatible plans for this phone. Please try different IMEI number or shop our wide selections of phones.

Cool, been with Sprint for 3 years, all for free, and believe it or not, I don't want to mess with the t-mobile network. I like it as it is.

Its working out for both, Sprint ppl now getting some of Tmobile midrange bands while Tmobile ppl getting Sprin't lower bands and some 5G tech. In a few months we might have a network that can start to compete with the big guys Please

T-Mobile was better than Verizon. They didn't need Sprint and its baggage.

Sprint acquired Nextel. That gave it cancer. Now that cancer is getting passed on to T-Mobile.

Still unable to see it being free. I go through and put in all the information but it wants to charge me the 35 a month. I have 1 line on my account which is the kickstart plan. Has anyone that is on the kickstart plan confirmed this works?
I am on Kickstarter NR plan that I got through Bestbuy for $25 per line after Autopay. I can confirm its NOT working for me and always shows $35 or $60 option only

I just left Sprint last week to go back to Verizon after a couple miserable years. Sprint is absolutely terrible all along the west coast of Florida, I had no internet for most of my hour long commute. I wouldn't go back to Sprint if ALL the lines were free.

Any guesses how long they will run this promo? I don't want to reserve it and start paying the taxes/fees quite yet. Probably be ready by next week.

Great deal but not really 'free' with taxes and fees imo.
If you're that cheap, you can "move" to a small city in Nevada in your Sprint online account. They make it beyond easy.

so my understanding of the fine print is that you just need an eligible plan and not change it for a year and then you can cancel the paid line- and this free line will still last forever?
Sounds that way but I bet that's not what they meant or do.

If we assume the taxes/fees are around $10/month, pro-rated for a week, you're saving about $2.50 at the risk of missing the deal. Makes no sense.

The extra line is free...you are credited $35 a month for as long as you are a customer. Regulatory fed & state taxes you have to pay (of course!). Does this guy complain when he gets a free car, he has to pay dmv registration and taxes on the gas? 😂
For my postpaid connection on Xfinity I pay only couple of dollars. So yes I am not super excited to pay $10 in called taxes and fees!
