Easy to use desktop scanner to help manager paperwork/declutter. Swift double-sided scanning up to 20 pages per minute w/ 50 page feeder. Includes a 2-year Advance Exchange Warranty w/ purchase - Discombobulated
I have one of these and it's worked for me, but I'm not sure I should suggest it. It's a cheaper Fujitsu twain scanner without the good software of the Scansnap scanners. Originally it was only sold overseas, but they tried to bring it over here. (Originally Fujitsu didn't put Fujitsu's name on it at all!) The reason to get a Fujitsu Scansnap is both the reliability and the software. The reason to get a very expensive Fujitsu twain scanner is because they're super reliable even with HIGH volume scanning. This scanner definitely doesn't have the software of a Scansnap, and I can't say how reliable it is.
For me, this has worked fine, but I barely use it. Fujitsu originally sold it without even having Fujitsu anywhere on the product (not on the box, manual, or product). I feel either Fujitsu knew it didn't live up to their reliability and were afraid it would tarnish their name, or they were afraid the cheaper product would cannibalize sales of more expensive products. Since I only scan a couple items a week with mine, I can't really can't say much of my experience except that it works.
Compared to a scansnap, the software sucks. It comes with Paperstream Capture Lite, Presto Pagemanager, and Abby Finereader Sprint. It just will do your basic scanning and then the twain will interface with other programs that can scan.
I don't know if the reliability really matters at this price... It's only 20ppm (40 sides per minute if double-sided). One way to increase reliability with cheaper components is to make it slower.

I believe it is an affiliate of the Fujitsu Store, which is their retail location. All of the terms and conditions that I read mentioned Fujitsu America. Edit: https://fujitsuscannerstore.com/about-us/ .

reliable seller? doesnt look like its direct from fujitsu
Minimum order for free shipping is $200. All shipping options listed for me are via Fedex and require signature. In my area typical frustration with Fedex deliveries just went off the charts since COVID struck. Packages listed as being out for delivery tumble around trucks for several days coming back to depots in the evenings and going back on the road the following day. If the delivery driver cannot obtain a signature, package can be picked up from Fedex facility where lines are ridiculously long.
