119$ in west philly store.. not worth it with a chance to get shot at.
On City Ave? That's a nicer area than University City. I think you'll be just fine.

I have the 6 burner version of this grill. I paid about $190. While I don't expect the grill to last more than 5 years, the heating is very even. I wish the cooking grate had a higher heat capacity, as it can be a challenge to sear. I decided to go with this model based on the amount of cooking area for the price, as I like to grill vegetables too. Unfortunately, the side burner is pretty useless if it is at all windy. If I wasn't pretty sure that we are going to move some time in the next few years, I probably would have gotten something more substantial... but then again, I also would have bought a charcoal grill.

I got this 2 years ago from Lowe's during summer clearance for like 82 after taxes. It was an amazing deal and I Love this grill so far! It might continue to drop in price, but it's with the current price and you can enjoy it the rest of summer.

Do yourself a favor and avoid cheap grills. I bought a charbroil 5 years ago and it's been nothing but a sad experience. The fire box is pathetic sheet metal. It finally rusted away this year and I went out and bought a weber. Well worth the 1k to not have tears on my burgers for the next 5 years.
What is a burger tear?

I have had this grill but with the steel lid for 3 years and it's been sitting in the elements of Pennsylvania without a cover for the entire time and no issues with durability here. However it Cooks very unevenly. The rear of the grill does not have enough heat to sear at all. You're pretty much stuck using the front 6 or 7 inches to do most of your cooking. With the 4 burners on high about the hottest temp you can get is right around 450 degrees.

I have this, bought from Lowe's a couple months back. Just FYI that the left burner shelf tilts ever so slightly to the left.. all the models had this issue. I couldn't turn down the $120 price tag though.

If this is the same as last year, I waited until end of summer and was able for around $75. I've left it in the rain a few times and no rusting has occurred.
I'm no grill master but this does the job

I have a Weber gas grill that has been outside uncovered in Washington since new in 2004/2005. This week I'm doing a minor overhaul after not replacing anything in 15 years. I'm replacing a rusted out ignitor and grates. Bottom pan rusted out and took that out and added an angle iron piece to the front for the doors to sit on.

If this was a charbroil it would have been in the landfill many years go and I would probably be on my 4th one or so by now

Junk. Mine lasted a year and a half before the whole bottom rusted out. Was kept under a cover the whole time. Has a flat bottom with just a small drip hole so it would catch fire all the time and was an absolute pain to try to clean out, sliced my fingers wide open several times trying on razor sharp metal inside. Spent the money, bought a Weber, couldn't be happier. Had it the same amount of time, not once has it caught fire, only had to clean it once because it's so well designed for drainage. Avoid charbroil, burning your house down isn't worth saving 300 dollars.
