Is this a bad deal? I would have bought these games anyways or can sell them if I dont like it. Considering you pay $400+ on ebay just for the switch and its OOS everywhere, i think this is a good deal.

Just when I think my opinion of GameStop can't go any lower, then pull something like this.
Why sell the console by itself when you can take advantage of the current scarcity to force users to buy a fabricated bundle consisting of bunch of games and accessories they don't want for an extra $220.
I can understand someone doing that on ebay, but I'm surprised Nintendo tolerates this kind of crap from an authorized reseller.

If you really were going to pay full retail for each of these games and also wanted the Pro controller at full retail, then it's not a bad deal.
My disgust with Gamestop is that this isn't a Nintendo bundle, but a bundle they created so they could take advantage of the scarcity of Switches by ONLY selling the Switch in this much more expensive bundle configuration and not even bothering to make any available for sale outside of this bundle.
Almost any other legitimate retailer would sell the consoles by themselves and offer a discount on a bundle if you wanted to buy the additional items with the console.
And since this is Gamestop, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if the bundled "New" games included in this bundle were already opened or even used, since that's what they do in almost every Gamestop store.

You definitely have a point. Not a big retailer move at all.
I wouldn't pay more than 470 for all of that. Idk that's the threshold where it becomes a deal. It's still only a deal if you need all of those games and the extra controller though
