I have a few of these camera. I don't understand the dislike towards them. Day vision is clear. Night vision is among the better or best. Wyse and Blink are not even on the same planet as these cameras.
Of course, I pay no monthly fees. that is bad. I think they are among the highest. I am away a lot, so I like to be able to look into the house and make sure everything is fine. But the picture is very good! I think this price is excellent too, but I bought mine a long time ago, and I'm not quite sure what I paid for them. I think it was close to double this. I also have the outside ones. The white ball shaped ones. Very nice picture again. But those were expensive as I recall.

This supports 5GHz too, It's surprising how many similar devices today are *still* limited to 2.4GHz (e.g., Wyze). I'm inundated w/ 2.4GHz devices, my own and neighbors, yet 5GHz is completely clear. Yet I can't take advantage of that fact. Just ridiculous in the year 2020.

I really like this camera for its video and audio quality among other things, but have been very disappointed with Kasa's free storage plan being removed. We use these cameras inside for baby room/dogs and Eufy cameras outside for doorbell and driveway.

While it used to be free for roughly 2 days of storage, they have now limited all cameras to 2 years of storage (tracked for each camera) before you have to buy a plan for recordings. I asked them about it and they stated it was what the market is doing. They also didn't say anything to current users (or at least I didn't get anything). Arlo has grandfathered people and notified them via email of the change. The lack of notice felt pretty disingenuous. Finally, they claimed they are developing the KC125 with an SD card for recordings due to this change.

Really like Kasa light switches, bulbs, etc and it's great to have cameras and these devices all in one app, and the app always loaded faster than the Arlo app. Still, I was definitely soured by this retroactive decision change for my already-purchased cameras.
