what company doesn't now. that is why you have multiple emails and use them each for something specific. i.e. one for bills, one for purchases, one for hookups, one for family, etc.

I bought this one almost 2 years ago and it works with a wall switch (or smart plug) and I believe it remembers the previous setting - although I always leave it on high.

I'm sure this is a nice lamp but be aware that their shipping is pretty ridiculous. I think it took me 2+ weeks to get my desk lamp.

That being said I do like the desk lamp a lot and am thinking about getting this too.

Edit: Ok I ordered one for my office.
