If you check CCC, it's been $78.99 or higher until March and has slowly gone down since then until it hit 69.88 in early June and stayed there. Like a lot of Amazon deals, the clipable coupon takes a little bit more off the already lowest price.

These li ion jump packs are absolute life savers. Can't speak to this one but I got one of the cheap gooloo ones awhile back and I've used it more than I could have imagined.

when is there going to be a brand name like energizer or duracell

yeah I know they are all make in the same town in China with all the factories next to each other but the american brand names will have honored warranties and discontinue products that keep failing

Once, maybe twice a year if you want to be really safe. I have a cheaper one from a couple of years ago that's still at 98% after over a year.

I got a Gooloo one a while back on a sale on Amazon. It says to recharge after 3 months, usually for whatever a manufacturer is it it states how long you should be charging it even if you don't use it. I do that then leave in my car. Sometimes I got months without using it. Sometimes I use it few times a month, jumping my car, friend's cars, few times people at school. So convenient, just takes a minute to jump a car. Could also charge devices like phones, etc.
