You have to put the subs in your cart and go to checkout for each subway you want to check and see if they are participating. When you switch restaurants, it empties your cart.

Be sure to download the gift card and depending on your location, you may be only able to redeem certain limits. In Cincinnati area, you can redeem up to $1.00 off gas at a time. In Columbus (I've heard), you can redeem as much as you have up to a free tank of gas because they compete with Giant Eagle and that is what their fuel program allows.
Subway is still doing BOGO footlongs, if you have a participating location in your area.Test it via the app or website. If it doesn't discount, then they are not participating. Try another location. Only Subway in my area that does BOGO is one that's in a hospital.https://www.subway.com/en-us

In our area they switched to the $5 footlong when you buy two. Which for us is about the same since someone always wants a Chicken-Bacon which is almost 10 bucks by itself.
