I'm glad I got out of collecting Legos at a relatively young age. It's amazing to see how much sets can go for these days. Expensive hobby.
Or people who grew up wishing for Lego and now are adults with expendable income
Yep. They're pricey without a doubt. These sets weren't made with children as their target audience though. They're targeting people who grew up with Lego and now are adults with expendable income.

Yeah. Not quite for "people who grew up with Lego and now are adults with(out) expendable income", such as myself.

That is me. The Star Wars UCS set rereleases have been great as I was not in a position to reasonably buy them the first time around.

To me, the Avengers helicarrier is the one that really caught my eye, but I didn't pull the trigger. Now it's discontinued...

I ordered the London bus from this site late may, still has not been delivered , site shows its been shipped but the tracking shows package hasn't even been received by DHL. Its a pain in the ass to contact customer service through the form and they arent very responsive. Feel like i might have to fight it out thru my credit card company.

Thanks for posting, thumbs up. My sweet spot is $250 or under though, so I'll keep waiting

Only a handful of sets and someone would already have spent a few thousand.

I've got the porsche 911 gt3 rs. I just can't get this - it's too ugly imo. I'm waiting for a deal on the lambo. Fingers crossed.
