This looks to be the eight-year-old version

Would definitely recommend shelling out extra for the insulated version unless you do not plan on sleeping anywhere that gets below 70 at night

Used this on a bed for a week last year during a cruise. They are kind of narrow... I think I should have had three of them.

I prefer a blow up mattress for when I go camping. I think I should be looking for a king size blowup mattress... we got these due to how small and light they are.

They're for backpacking. If you can back the truck up to the campsite, yeah, obviously bring a larger more plush blowup mattress.

I would recommend the insulated version, too, but 70 is pretty high. If you've got a good bag, you should be able to use these down to 50 without a problem, maybe even a little lower. The baffles in these should allow down to expand and maintain some insulating properties.
