not anc, only reduce your background noise when you're calling to people
Amazon replaced another one, same issue. I returned both.
I hope they fix it because it fit awesome in my ears
The noise reduction for noise picked up by the Mic works, and is equivalent to the CVC found in other brands, like Anker's higher-end models (Life P2 and Liberty Air 2).
Edit: I don't see the $37.99 option, just $49.99 less 20%-off coupon from Amazon.

Neos do not have USB-C, Touch control, volume control, mic noise reduction or Voice Assistant. Neos claim 5-hours use; these claim 8. IPX7 for Neos, IPX8 for these. I believe you can only use the right Neo earbud alone where you can use either alone on these. Both should stay in your ears securely. Anker has top-notch customer service.
I bought this one because of good reviews on Amazon.
Tried my favorite song, OMG sound is below average, bass is very weak, and volume is low.
Tried the same song with regular wired iphone earphone, the wired iphone earphone sounds much better.

1. Water resistance. 5*. Showered wearing the phones. Sustained the water. However, found to be useless since water drops constantly paused the music and even called last number. But will be working well in the rain.
2. Connectivity. 5*. Did not disconnect even when I was far from the phone in places where all other BT devices failed. I haven't tested 60 ft in clean environment, but pretty confident it would work.
3. Fit. 5*. With proper buds, they won't fall or even move during most of the exercises. The wings do their job well. However, there are potential situations when I can drop them especially when I wash my face and occasionally touch them.
4. Music. 4*. Bass is average. Definitely not worth to those who expect the best. However, mids and tremble are better than average. Quality is more than adequate for exercises. Classic and majority of songs sound better than average, while songs with lots of bass are still tolerable.
5. Call quality. 4*. I hear other side quite well despite noise reduction is passive. Other side can hear me very distinctively and clear even in conditions when I can't hear myself well, which was a major feature I was looking for since my wife punishes me when she cannot understand what I am saying. However, my voice sounds very different from original. So the mic does what I expected.
6. Controls. 4*. I like the idea that we can click for every major function. Long clicks, single, double and triple clicks on right and left phones perform different functions. One problem still exists. Some of my clicks get lost and thus perform something different. It may take some learning time to get used to the touch sensors.
Good battery life is a nice plus too.
Volume is very loud. My guess is that some people do not adjust their phone settings.
Verdict. The device is one of the best if not number one overall in below $50 category. Even despite losing to a few in bass area. Some of very important features like connectivity, battery life, water resistance and noise cancellation for mic are better than $400 counterparts. However, those who wish high level sound quality should check a way pricier segment.
