I purchased these about a month ago and have ~50 hours of mixed use with them.

For calls, if you are in an area with no ambient noise, they are great. If you are in an area with background noise, the other caller will be able to hear everything going on around you.

Example: Was on a bike ride listening to a podcast (good quality). Received a call and the the caller couldn't hear much of what I was saying due to the wind noise even though I was only traveling at a walking speed. I then came to a stop which decreased the wind noise but he could still hear every car that drove by.

These also aren't the best for music as they are severely lacking in the lower frequencies.

I'd get the anker, but has a really small 650mah battery case. But I'm pretty sure that a larger battery can be added. I might use an 18650, cut a trench hole on the bottom, and have it stick out a little. Thats 3000 mah. But if there are smaller batteries that might be able to fit completely contained, I'm all ears.
