US Jacks Jackstands/bottle jacks discount code MLG15OFF 15%

+7 Deal Score

This may not qualify as a true slick deal to many, but US Jacks almost never does discount codes. Demand is huge since the Harbor Freight jackstands were recalled, so they're not shipping until the end of July. Either way, 15% off is better than nothing if you want the only American made jack stands available. Shipping charges apply.

ETA: The standard ratcheting design has one pawl for one tooth...which, when made to proper tolerances, is quite strong. The US Jacks version has TWO pawls for TWO teeth...that much stronger.

Generally speaking, the pin style is the most reliable and strongest, and when you get into the super heavy duty ones, pin style is all you'll get. The pawl/ratchet style is quite reliable when made correctly, and with tight tolerances. The US Jacks fit that criteria. There are also TWO pawls in there, instead of one. There's a good video of an unboxing here:

The chatter and audio isn't the best, but it gets the point across. It's also where I found the discount code.

I quit watching after a couple minutes in when I sensed they were taking their time and then saw it was 42 min long.

Just a quick note, in case anyone didn't know or notice. A lot of jack stands, including the harbor freight ones, are rated per the pair. The 6 tons rating is actually 3 tons each. US Jack stands are rated per each stand as can be seen if you zoom into the label on each stand.

I have a set of the 3 ton for my smaller car and they feel very secure with the double pawls and the release/engage action. Gonna grab me a set of 6 ton for more height to use with my truck.

Can someone point me to this info stated on US Jacks website?

Same question: how did you navigate from your first link to your second one?

I did try to click around from the OP link with no way to get to the other one. Then I noticed:

- First link: https://www.usjack.com/

- Second link: http://usjack-com.3dcartstores.co..._c_12.html

It's weird from usjack to usjack-com.3dcartstores by what way??? And the usjack doesn't have a "search" box.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, there's a blue "online store" button under the area to enter your contact info.

Sorry for OT, but prefer to use car ramps.

Any good deals on car ramps?

Ramps are definitely easier if the wheels don't have to come off. Harbor Freight with 20% coupon would be cheapest if you're comfortable using their products when safety is affected.

Might have to grab these. Don't see sales very often, and these are one of the few American made options left.
