Bought these last time around. The fabrics were paper-thin, and out of the 5 boxers, only 3 were 100% cotton. I didn't believe the review pictures at first, but judge for yourself. I promptly returned them.

Edit: Yes, 2 of them boxers were part polyester. Amazon must have corrected the title / listing due to the high return rate with similar complaints., since last time, the title was "100% cotton" boxers.

I believe a small is a waist 30-32 and a medium is waste 34-36 based on Hanes sizing chart for their boxers.

They are paper thin. Kinda bummed at first but they seem durable enough and obviously do the job. I'd buy them again at this price.
