Energizer Ultimate Lithium L91 AA Batteries 20 pack for $7.00 at Costco - YMMV B&M

Was shopping at Costco today and noticed that the deal for the Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries were back. Regular price was $14.99. I did not see a rebate date, so most likely they are doing the $7 price until it is gone. There were several boxes left at the City of Industry Costco, Ca. Good Luck, and happy hunting.

Here are some links and post for reference

Target 12pk = $15.99
Sam's 18 pk = 21.98 Link [samsclub.com]
BB 12 pk = $16.99

Dang, that's always as cheap as the Kirkland AAs. I'd buy a few packs for that price and be set for years.

None of the Costco stores near me sell them. They were one of the reasons I joined Sam's through the join for free offer.

One time use battery = Pass
These batteries has its purpose. For example they are great for smoke detectors, stay longer than normal AA batteries. You can't use rechargable batteries in smoke detectors, the battery will be depleted very fast.

Agree 100%! Also great for battery powered thermostats, no need to change them every 6 months. Fantastic for applications with low draw that are annoying to change. As mentioned, you can get 10 years out of them in a low draw device. Also fantastic in high draw devices as well since they handle high draw very well, camera flashes recharge very quickly with them.

There are people who are stuck with the battery version of Nest smoke detectors, they will have to buy these batteries :-)

Beeping is important to test your ability to be woken from a deep sleep which is why low battery alerts always go off at 3 AM.
