Car and phone not included as well. Lol.
No, it does not require 30W. Using lower power charger just takes longer to charge. I have charged my MacBook Pro with 18W USB-C phone charger overnight before.

P = I*V
21W USB-C, so that gives you up to 4.2A @ 5V for the USB-C. Should work for your iPhone.

I just got the recent DR02 dashcam deal. That thing says output of 2.5A @ 5V, so by using this, you'd have 0.9A left on the USB-C @ 5V (17W when using both ports.)

Anyone care to check if this is correct?

Anyone know if this will be enough wattage to charge my Macbook Air in the car?

cable is not included - this is ridiculous...

Could you please link to a similar product with included cable?
