Fast charge two mobile devices simultaneously with up to 17W of power combined.

Max Power Output: 21W (17W using both ports)
Car and phone not included as well. Lol.
No, it does not require 30W. Using lower power charger just takes longer to charge. I have charged my MacBook Pro with 18W USB-C phone charger overnight before.

P = I*V
21W USB-C, so that gives you up to 4.2A @ 5V for the USB-C. Should work for your iPhone.

I just got the recent DR02 dashcam deal. That thing says output of 2.5A @ 5V, so by using this, you'd have 0.9A left on the USB-C @ 5V (17W when using both ports.)

Anyone care to check if this is correct?

MacBook Air requires 30W. I would not recommend this car charger.

cable is not included - this is ridiculous...
Could you please link to a similar product with included cable?
