This doesn't seem a legit offer.
Weebly is a website hosting company, with quite a few complaints on BBB [bbb.org], and there's no telling who "vidacoffeemom" is.
In Mar 2019 there was a similar offer from a website that no longer exists, www.shopvidacoffeemom.com .

Btw, Vida Coffee [vidacoffeeco.com] it's a small coffee shop on the University of Missouri campus, and it's currently closed. So I seriously doubt they're sending any freebies.
