What is the Promotion?
Subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, eBay users who purchase a vehicle on the new mobile eBay Motors App will receive a one-hundred dollar ($100.00) eBay Gift Card (the "Promotion").
Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?
The Promotion is available to all eBay users who purchase a vehicle on the new mobile eBay Motors App in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Current eBay employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
When is the Promotion?
The Promotion will begin on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second), and will end on Monday, June 30, 2020, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) (the "Promotion Period").
How do I activate the Promotion?
To activate the Promotion, eBay users must make a "Qualifying Purchase" of a vehicle on the new mobile eBay Motors App during the Promotion Period. A purchase shall be deemed a Qualifying Purchase only if the eBay user:
(a) commits to purchase the vehicle by:
(i) clicking the "Commit to Buy" button on a fixed price listing,
(ii) submitting an offer that is subsequently accepted by the Seller on a fixed price listing, or
(iii) winning an auction on an auction-style listing;
(b) delivers full payment for the purchased vehicle to the Seller; and
(c) updates the status of the purchase to "Complete" in the My Motors section of the mobile eBay Motors App using the latest version of the App (1.17.0 or above).
Additional conditions, restrictions, and exclusions:
- The Promotion is limited to one (1) eBay Gift Card per person or company.
- eBay Gift Cards issued pursuant to the Promotion will be delivered electronically to the email address listed on the eBay user's My Motors account approximately thirty-five (35) days after a Qualifying Purchase.
- All eBay Gift Cards provided pursuant to this Promotion are subject to the eBay Gift Card Terms and Conditions, which may be updated without notice.
- eBay may require eBay users to provide additional verification of a Qualifying Purchase before issuing eBay Gift Cards.
- Qualifying Purchases that are canceled or reversed will become disqualified from the Promotion.
- eBay reserves the right to withhold or deny the issuance of eBay Gift Cards to eBay users if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that an eBay user has engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, manipulation, non-compliance or any other inappropriate or suspicious activity in violation of these Terms and Conditions or which compromises the purposes of the Promotion in any way. Creating multiple eBay user accounts for the purpose of taking advantage of this Promotion is prohibited.
- eBay is not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen gift cards or gift card redemption codes.
- This Promotion constitutes a limited time offer and is subject to change, suspension, or cancelation by eBay at any time and for any reason, without notice.
- By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by the current and/or revised Terms and Conditions.
