Yeah. I got this last time and while I've had a few people give me a strange looks I've had no one refuse to fill it. It does a solid job as well, filled about 8 times or so and have had no problems with carbonation, then again I always consume within 48 hours as that's kind of best practice with Growlers

At the brewery? Is it because it's not technically a beer growler?

Haven't gone to a brewery with it yet but to 3 different bars, they pretty much just care that the size is clearly labeled on it, which this is on the bottom... or they don't care at all. It looks like a water bottle and not a beer growler because the mouth of it is really wide, there's a reason why it's selling this cheap on woot. You need two people to pour beer out of it unless you have large hands due to the wide mouth (unless you don't care about tilting your glass when pouring a beer... and shame on you)

I always assume Growler is some type of code word.

Thanks, OP!
I don't need 64 oz. but hell, the other smaller size growlers are only a couple dollars less.

The thing you may want to be aware of is that the neck is small so you will have trouble getting ice in it

You can keep a growler refrigerated with beer for about 10 days without being opened of course, should still be fine. At least mine is.
