XR450 for example (same hardware as XR500 with lower 2.4GHZ QAM rate..which does not matter for a large majority of REAL world clients) was going for 139-149 new from Walmart a month or two back. Sale lasted awhile too lol
And for the R8000.. its a 3x3 triband design with a significantly outdated 1ghz dual core A9. You can find a triband router with a 1.8ghz A53 dual/quad core with updated 3x3 or better 4x4 radios as low as $130 bucks on sale every few months.
Are people really this misinformed or biased towards Netgear? Nothing against OP for posting, but I just cant see the value in some of these refurbished products.
