For those who may be interested I saw that Goruck was having their 10L Bullet Ruck on closeout for $69, usually it is $125, these are not the ones made in USA though.
No experience with their non-USA made products but the Goruck rucks that I do own have been through several Goruck and Spartan endurance events with little to no evidence of those events (after a thorough cleaning).
Great veteran-owned company with amazing customer service and warranty, where applicable.
The founding story is a nice little read too if you have the time.
I have a 10L Bullet. Makes a great daypack for parades, parks, protests or whatever floats your boat. I have a couple of their packs, both USA-made and non. They are built to last. The lifetime warranty is great and I have utilized it a couple times myself (a 1000+ miles on one of the packs) . Warranty is valid even if you aren't the original owner This is a great price for a bullet.

I think the free mask deal brought them around, a bunch were on that thread.

I believe the non USA gear is made in Vietnam.
Looks like Vietnam
