This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but just because they said you were eligible doesn't mean anything. And they didn't actually add the promo, they just added a new line. The promo is done afterwards automatically by the system IF you are eligible, which sadly you are not. I have the same plan you do. SOC 6SCFMPRM. I had three people promise me I was eligible. I had them add the line. Then I saw it never got discounted and realized I was screwed. People, including me up until yesterday, have this misconception that as long as the CSR "adds the promo" they are good to go. But again, they are just adding a line like any other. Might want to get this fixed before you start getting billed for it.
Yes.. that appears to be the case.. T force confirmed I was eligible, so I let them add the line.. My monthly bill estimate has now increased and after 2 days still don't see '2020 Line on us' in promotions section. I will reach out to CSR tomorrow to have this new line canceled as they might be super busy for last few days. ( I think we have 14 days to cancel right?).. hopefully they won't screw up my other free lines or plan itself . I don't have an issue losing this new line.

Cherry on top.. they offered me iPhone $700 off with trade in, Glad I didn't take this offer.. it would have been more of a mess to untangle.

I think your Simple Choice did not have unlimited data on the lines and requires data add-on. Ask them if they can add the same 2GB free/cheaper data add-on instead of 6 Gb. It may be that 2Gb add-on is not available anymore. I have the newer T-Mobile One plan that has unlimited voice, text and data. Maybe some who is more knowledgeable with Simple Choice can chime in.
shouldn't be the case, the new line should inherit the same features and data of the existing lines, 2GB definitely is an grandfathered data rate but still should be able to added to the new line , go try a different rep, try twitter t-force even though the wait time is quite long for a response right now.

I'm in the same boat..... According to the wiki my plan should be included. The price of my plan went up, and I don't see the discount listed under my promos. Going to give it a day and then I'll have to contact them.

Yes I cancelled the next day. I still wasn't sure about my plan that night and PMd then on Twitter. Took 9 hours for a reply. They confirmed the plan isn't eligible and said they could remove it but I would lose my iPhone SE promo (gee thanks). After some back and forth they agreed to remove the line, not breaking anything in the process (hopefully), give me a one time credit of $214 for the iPhone SE (including sales tax in the discount this time) as well as a $100 credit for the inconvenience. So in the end I didn't get the free line, but got the iPhone for $114 OTD. Not too shabby and since I didn't need the extra line anyway, I think I came out a bit ahead.

I have a spare phone and sim, looking online to add the line myself but don't see an option to avoid the $10 sim fee for them mailing me one. How do you add a line and activate a sim you already have?
Call or chat with csr, tell them that you have spare sim.

They will activate for you

Anyone has a hint for buying a cheap iPhone-8 for trade-in purpose?
Since iPhone 8 trade-in value is 700 while iPhone 6S is worth 500, does it make sense to buy an iPhone 6S for $65+tax and use it for trading or buy an iPhone 8 (not sure how much those are going for on eBay) and trade-in for full 700 credit?
I guess the answer is another Q, "is it possible to get a good condition iPhone 8 for under 250 or so?"
So, is it possible???

I called 611 today and ask if T-mobile pre-paid port in would qualify for the iphone 11, I gave her the number and she said it's "definitely" eligible for the iphone 11 deal. No idea if that's true. I am waiting to get an iphone 8 to do the port and trade in together. She documented everything though.

good luck, do come back and let us know how it goes though if you still decides to go the GV route, I still feel like is a hit or miss right now but I haven't done it yet since I can't get a hold of the person that's been helping me with this whole stacking free line + the iPhone 11 deal and now I'm seeing people say simple choice plan is not qualified for the 11 on us deal but my rep already processed the order for me after saying I was eligible and my phone is gonna be here tomorrow with waived overnight shipping lol, fingers crossed at this point or I guess worse case sceniro is I still get the free line just not the iPhone 11 deal ~
I can't believe they removed the FAQ link that lists the eligible plans for the Get iPhone 11 On Us promo from the phone deals web page (https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/deals-hub). The no longer available FAQ stated this:

"How do I get this iPhone offer?
To save up to $700 on an eligible iPhone, you must:
Activate at least one new line of qualifying service on an eligible plan to be used with the new device
Qualified rate plans include: Magenta, Magenta Plus, Magenta Military, Magenta Plus Military, Magenta First Responders, Magenta Plus First Responders, Magenta Unlimited 55, Magenta Plus Unlimited 55, Essentials, Essentials Unlimited 55, ONE, ONE Plus, and Business Unlimited.
Port-in at least one phone number
Trade-in an eligible device
Purchase the device through our monthly payment plan
Pay the required down payment and any applicable taxes on the pre-credit device price at time of purchase and
Remain active and in good standing on a voice rate plan, with active monthly payment plan.
If you cancel your line before receiving 24 bill credits, credits stop and remaining balance at full price is due; if canceling your account, you can contact us first to instead make discounted monthly balance payments."

It's crazy how they are hiding the terms for a new iPhone 11 promo. Hopefully, that means they more are flexible with the eligible plans now and you have a reason to challenge them on the missing terms.

Has anyone had success getting the $0 One Plus Promo added to their new free line? I tried unsuccessfully yesterday while getting a number change to my new line. I have it on all my other lines. It got me thinking whether or not it's even in the system to be added anymore. The rep said it is no longer available.
