How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Costco had a sign up with a similar deal good 6/26-7/2,
though I thought it said if you had 2 lines, and activate another, then free line on us. It like they mixed the new customer with the current customer deal, though it might be the same deal here just worded wrong (as that activated line is free).

If you go into Costco to get your free line sim card, bring a dummy imei, as they didn't know how to make their system work without attaching/registering a phone and sim (TMO itself doesn't need that). Luckily the phone I had on me was an old Essential sprint phone that I had just put the TMO sim in (and not registered like when you buy a TMO phone) so we just used that IMEI.

This was just easier for me, and no need to haggle back $30, as I only get one response from Tforce every 2-3 hours. . .
Is this another free line offer?

Say you had 8 line and wanted to cancel one. Would this disqualify you from being able to get a free line same day?
Did you ever find out?

So I they added the free line to my account a couple days ago. I wanted to take advantage of an IPhone with the line but T-force is telling me that you can only do that if you add the line and the phone deal at the same time. Does anyone know if that is true?

Does anybody see discount for new line in plan? I see all other discount including $20 discount for my third line "$20 19 Q4 Free Line On Magenta (Additional Lines)" but not for this new line. Does it show up later? I did get text couple of hours back. Can somebody tell me how it shows up and does it show up after some time following text?

I got a call from T-Mobile twice today. I was told there's no way to add free line to $100 Tmobile One 3 line plan (plus, with 20%, kickbacks, hotspot, hd video, plane wifi etc)

So they are reverting everything back to what it was. I suspected this was going to be the case as I was told before many times there's no way to make any changes to this 2+1 line plan. I was also told there's no way to add Netflix to this plan, but I forgot to ask this rep if they could do it somehow.

If anyone in the same boat, reverting back to $80 3 line One plan, check if you can add Netflix for all the hassle and if it works, please PM me so that I try to get it too.

P.S. I asked if I could keep the phone at 50% without a new line, they said no. I'm not too upset over that, tmobile phone at half price is not really a deal even without 2yr contract

P.S2. It looks like they changed it back to One, but .. it's $112, not $80 and it has 3 add-ons, not 4. I hope they straighten this out and give me back EXACTLY what it was. There's no way in hell I'm paying extra $32 for anything they can offer

P.S3. As of now (1-2 hours later) it's the same as PS2 above, but it is jumping between 2 and 3 add-ons. It must be difficult to add that same plan back, but hope it's not impossible.
Thank you - I've read every page of this thread and have been waiting for a post like yours. I think many of us have your early 2017 Tmo One with Plus subsequently added (it was a huge SD thread back then as well), Hook Up, etc, and your detailed post re your experience really does help. I'll just stay with the old plan.

I know if you cancel a line recently within the 30 day mark, to get this one line free promo you would have to re-open the cancelled line and then you can get this one line free promo.

For the question of cancelling one of the either lines, I think it is possible as long as you have 2 or more paying line.

I just activated the promo.

Easy as pie!

Called in, the guy checked if I was eligible, found that my account was, added me and voila... Done.

GF SC plan.

No muss , no fuss

These promotions were in the past at different times depended on accounts. If you have been with T-Mobile long enough, you could ask a lot lol.

Every new line I got, they added One Plus Promo and HD stream

Last week, I used T298 promo code, and told them I have no phone to trade, and don't want add new line. So, they offered $400 off instantly for new iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb, without trade in or add a line, along no fees. I accepted it lol.
Wow that's crazy that they just offered you that

I chatted with a rep thru the t-mobile app and was told when I receive my sim to contact them again or go to a store. I bought an AT&T number that can be ported for $5.

The rep confirmed that I am eligible for the iPhone 11 promo trade. As always YYMV but I have it in saved chat so I'm gonna argue if shot down. I also was able to confirm the line added is under the free line promo.

Maybe others have better luck and/or managers are able to override the system Smilie
But I wasted an hour on Friday and probably over 2 hours today.

Can you do me a huge favor - can you list the descriptions all the add-ons you have? T-mobile is trying to fix it, but it shows 3 add-ons, not 4 I used to have. Unfortunately, I don't have a screen print of what I had so I don't know what's missing. I think free wifi is missing and I believe I used have 210+ countries, now it's 140. Also, it's still stuck at $112, not $80

I'd really appreciate your help

Well time for the waiting game... spoke to rep.. ordered the OnePlus 8 half off with sim and 2 day shipping. He supposedly waived all fees.

Added the free line and he stated nothing will change.

Now I got email which shows contract for 24 months and states full financing price of phone with no mention of the half off which needed to be signed. Is this normal that it shows full price for the installments?

Also no emails or anything on the account showing the add a line.

Hopefully it takes a few hours and all will show.

the phone 50% offers are not quite attractive
samsung a71 is sold for 360 everywhere, and they sell for 600. so 50% off is still 300.
one plus 8 is 700, but the 8 pro is so much better than 8, and they don't allow you to buy 8 pro 50% off.

I thought they were strict on the promotions but accounted's experience proved me wrong.
