How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Looks like my free line has been added. My current plan TMobile One 4lines/$160 (-$10/line Kickback) plus 2 additional free lines (now 3) is intact. Time to make the free line a backup hotspot for home with an old phone.

I'm on a TMO One Plan: FRLTUL4LP

I finally see the free line added to the account today but it doesn't have the "One Plus Promo" as a free option which all my other 5 lines have (one of which is also a free line from a 2017 promotion). I let gives me the option to pay $15 a month for One Plus.

Is this what others are seeing too?

Look at details on the primary line. It should be there and covers the whole family account.

My line is finally showing up on TMobile and Sim has been shipped, should be here.

Want to find out if anyone can help:
I want my first Note phone as Note 20+ or Ultra that will come out in a few months, but I'm sure we won't have any promo at that time for existing customer, I think I can get on the Samsung BOGO promo right now, should I get Note 10+ 5G or S20+ 5G to get a better value at that time ?

TIA.

Need some help here. I had the one plus all in promo with 3 lines. In order to receive the 4 line for free, I had to update to the magenta plan or a one plus plan that was capable of having 4+ lines. Would you guys recommend the one
plus over magenta? Rep recommended magenta because it will be eligible for future deals over the dated one plus plans. Thanks!

Well, according to rep she did everything right, but it's $112 instead of $80 and 3 add-ons instead of 4. So, the manager took over and said she'll have to talk to some other department and promised to call back Tue or Wed. It's a freaking mess and I'm sure the next bill will have extra charges for "Magenta" crap and now for "$112". 3+ hours of my life was wasted on phone calls which resulted in mistakes and correction of those mistakes.
After going back and forth with Tmobile for nearly 5 hours, my plan is back to what it was before all this. They said they couldn't give me credit for the sim card so they gave me a $20 instant discount on my current bill.

What a freakin headache.

Everyone on here is in for a rude awakening who thinks they are getting this "because a rep said so". The discount/promo simply won't apply and they'll be hit with charges in a few weeks.

If I get the bogo Offer and my new line has one of the new phones active, is it possible to switch that new phone to my second line so my first and second line have new phones? And not the third new line?

I've been saying this for days.

Even worse for the people who "wait 1-2 billing cycles" for the promo like some were told.

Same here. I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens. I have everything in writing so i'm not super concerned at this point.
Yes, login by using laptop/desktop website: $0 shows next to your line or it will say free line or click on your plan's name up top it should list "2020 promo this on us" along with all discounts you have. If you don't see it by now I don't have the $0

The one plus plan hardly ever excludes deals and certainly never worthwhile deals from what I have seen.

It is obviously a mess caused by T-mobile inability to make promotions more clear cut (even among their own staff), but yea I agree that some people are also to be blamed. There are many instances where people clearly know they are NOT qualified and still want to force their way through by calling multiple CSR. I get it, been in situations like that but if the language clearly states your plan is not qualified I think you are being the unreasonable customer.

So this morning I get the following text "T-Mobile Message: Alert! You've changed line xxxxxxxxxx to a rate plan that is not eligible to receive the Friends & Family 2 Lines On Us discount. View t-mo.co/activity for account details." I am livid!!!
